How do I change my height, weight or activity level?
When you initially create your account, the activity level, weight, age, etc. are used to calculate a target food score that will enable you to meet long-term health goals. The food score number allocated to you as an individual will guide you in the process of reducing A1C numbers (for type 2 diabetes and Prediabetes) and helps you lower your blood pressure over time. To that end, these numbers should not change more than on a quarterly basis. Currently, you are not allowed to adjust these settings though we are working towards enabling this function in the future. These numbers should not change more than on a quarterly basis as you work towards your health goals. If wrong information was entered at the registration, please contact Thrive365 support.
